Delve co-develops value-based action-driven strategic plans for its clients. These plans follow a template customised according to the client’s vision of the future. Plans comprise an overall purpose guided by a set of values and steered by core objectives, programmes (key goals) and projects to be implemented over a specific period. The key goals are an addition to, and in some cases, build on, the work that the client currently undertakes. Delve, with associates Deirdre Prins-Solani and Ukhona Mlandu, co-designed a Five Year Branch Plan and Knowledge Based Resource Plan with the City of Cape Town’s Arts and Culture Branch. More recently Delve was involved in drafting a vision and business plan for the Cape Town Museum.
